It contains Gly25-Thr305 (HLA-A03:01), Ile21-Met119 (B2M) and ALLAVGATK peptide.

Product Background	Immunization against the ALLAVGATK peptide may occur in melanoma patients and that the immunogenicity of this peptide is similar to that of the majority of melanoma differentiation antigens defined to date. Therefore, the use of ALLAVGATK in active immunotherapy for HLA-A3 melanoma patients, for whom no other immunogenic peptide has been so far described, remains a distinct possibility, providing that patients treated in vivo with this peptide develop a better in vitro response than already demonstrated for HLA-A2 epitopes generated from this same antigenic protein.
