We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join the research team to work throughout the phases of MHC-related drug development and play a key role in advancing key pharmaceutical programs into the clinical phase. The successful candidate will be part of a research team focused on MHC drug development for cancer, autoimmune diseases.

Key Responsibilities：

Perform workflows related to the characterization and evaluation of T cells.

Execute, develop and optimize new assays to determine the safety and efficacy of MHC products.

Successfully perform and document laboratory procedures and experiments with attention to detail.

Collaborate with research teams to advance the development of MHC cell therapy products and vaccine products.

Job Qualifications:

Ph.D. with relevant experience in drug discovery and preclinical research.

Hands-on experience in immunoassay related experiments.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Experience with oncology, immunology or immuno-oncology mouse models.

Detailed Description:

We are looking for a senior scientist with strong expertise in oncology and immunology to join our MHC drug development team. The successful candidate will play a key role in opening and advancing MHC-related cell therapy and vaccine programs for cancer by extracting insights from a variety of complex data sets.

Key Responsibilities：

Curate and analyze datasets to inform new MHC products and MHC-related therapies.

Develop and apply state-of-the-art analytical assays and tools for in-house product and process characterization.

Coordinate the distribution of team work and collaboration to advance the development of MHC therapeutic products.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Ph.D. in immunobiology or related discipline with at least 5 years of research experience.

More than 3 years of experience in drug development in the field of cell therapy and immuno-oncology.

Ability to learn new skills as needed and to lead and execute effectively in a team environment.

Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.

Detailed Description:

We are looking for an experienced senior manager in biopharmaceuticals. The candidate must have a working knowledge of preclinical trials and electronic submissions to regulatory agencies and support responses to regulatory agency inquiries. And interaction with investigators, statisticians and external vendors is required.

Key Responsibilities：

Assist with data review and generate data quality check reports.

Lead research reports, safety reports and regulatory agency filing activities.

Participate in the development of internal processes, tools and standards, monitor vendor data, and analyze data specifications.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

PhD in biological sciences or management.

5+ years of experience in biopharmaceutical projects and 3 years of team management experience.

Experience with successful regulatory submissions.
